The combination of carrot, orange, and ginger is one of my favorite drink blends. I usually get this mix at the juice bar, and I wanted to try to recreate the flavors at home, but as a smoothie since I don't have a juicer (however, by making a smoothie you get all the fiber from the fruit and veggies ;)). This smoothie turned out to be such a refreshing drink for a warm summer day; it is light and sweet, with a hint of tang from the ginger.
